Community Hire Rates

The following rates have been set from Apri1. 2,016

Main Hall - Suitable for a medium to large function and ideal for an activity group

Size: 40 feet by 17 feet.
Seating capacity: 65 persons

Hourly rate £10 (includes full use of kitchen and facilities).

Hudson Rooms  - Suitable for small functions or regular group meetings.

This is a double room adjoining the kitchen

Size: coffee area 28 feet by 23 feet, ancillary carpeted area 20 feet by 17 feet.
Seating capacity: coffee area 60 persons, ancillary area 32 persons.

Hourly rate: £12 (includes full use of kitchen and facilities)

Both the Main hall and Hudson Rooms can be hired together at a reduced rate for both rooms of £18

 

Kitchen

The kitchen is supplied with fitted worktops, stainless steel sinks, hot and cold water, cooker, fridge/freezer, crockery, utensils and pans including a water boiler and 2 catering size teapots.

 

General

A returnable deposit of £10 is charged for the key, hire/use of the kitchen equipment/potential damage.

 

Parties

A typical cost for a party lasting 2 hours in the Hudson Rooms with early preparation, tidying and use of the kitchen equipment would be as (including returnable deposit).

 

We will accept single or regular bookings.

A 10% discount is given on regular long-term bookings if paid quarterly in advance.

Bookings can be made by telephone. Completion of a standard booking form is required and payment made before the event to the Booking Secretary. Cheques should be made payable to
'Friends of St. Martin's.'
