Directions

From Stockport:

From the west: leave the M60 motorway at Junction 27.
From the north and east: leave the M60 motorway at Junction 26.

At the motorway roundabout follow the signs for Marple and Offerton (A626) on to St Mary's Way and continue past the car showrooms on your left.

At the second set of traffic lights, turn left (A626 signposted Marple and Offerton) and follow this road for 2.7 miles, until you pass the Marple boundary sign. Continue up the hill into Marple, past the Railway public house.

At the next set of traffic lights (by the Texaco station), turn left (signposted Glossop A626) onto Station Road and continue over the hill onto Brabyns Brow. Marple Rail Station is on your left immediately before the church.

From the South:

Coming from Disley and Buxton (A6) or Poynton and Macclesfield (A523), continue straight ahead at the Rising Sun public house. Norbury Parish Church is on your left.

At the traffic lights (by the Bull's Head public house) turn right (signposted A627 Bredbury) onto Torkington Road. Follow this road for 1.5 miles to the next set of traffic lights and turn right (A626 Marple).

Go straight ahead at the next set of lights, passing the Marple boundary sign and continue up the hill into Marple past the Railway public house.

At the next set of traffic lights (by the Texaco station), turn left (signposted Glossop A626) onto Station Road and continue over the hill onto Brabyns Brow. Marple Rail Station is on your left immediately before the church.
